Here we are, Week 3 of my getting healthy and fit journey. This week I lost 2 lbs so at 276 Not sure Ill make my Feb goal but who knows with the swelling.
Doing revolt fitness menus and Thrive90 workouts. I have a new workout buddy Rebecca she is loving it and Hubby decided that he wants to do it too. If he is off we do it together if not I do it in the mornings with Rebecca before she goes to school and he does it when he gets home. I am feeling great.
